Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

It generally takes about 9-15 days to arrive once the item has been shipped.

Which shipping companies do you use?

We use USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL. Depending on the weight and size of the item, we will select the most cost effective and efficient way to ship.

How do I check the progress of my order?

A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is placed. Another email containing shipping information will be sent when the order is shipped. A tracking number will be provided so that you may check the status of your package.

Products

Are your products authentic?

Yes. All products posted by the Bag Lobby are authentic and original designer items obtained from reputable suppliers. Your items will come with its own dust bag (certain COACH items do not come with dust bags) and its authenticity card. Where the authenticity card is not available(such as in COACH wristlets), a gift receipt or an image of the original receipt will be sent to you. If the bag is proven to be inauthentic, we will be happy to to provide you with a full refund.

My COACH bag is Made in China! Are you sure it’s not a fake?

Majority of COACH bags are now made in China. Having said that, COACH has a reputation to maintain and will ensure that the materials used are of top quality. Each bag has a authenticity patch which states explicitly that the item is made in China. The model and serial number found at the bottom of the patch will enable you to verify the authenticity of the bag with any COACH stores.

Are your products new and unused?

Unless otherwise stated, all items posted by the Bag Lobby are new and unused.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via paypal. Paypal also accepts all major credit/debit cards. If you are residing in Singapore, you may also make your payment through a direct bank transfer. Please let us know your preference while you are placing your order.

Will I need a Paypal account to purchase items?

No. You can pay with your credit/debit cards without a Paypal account.

Which credit cards do you accept?

Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We are currently unable to accept any returns. However, if a mistake has been made on our part and a wrong item has been delivered, we will credit you the full refund once the item has been returned.

Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind about your order, you may cancel it before the order is shipped out of the United States. Your account will be credited between 1-5 days. Once the items are shipped, a notification email will be sent to you and no cancellations will be entertained.
